More than 120 Grannies, young and old, enjoyed a great evening at the Oval for the 55th Anniversary Dinner to celebrate Willoughby and Pou. Chairman Pat, ably assisted by Bob, did a wonderful job of organising the evening, getting us all there on time in black tie, with more than a smattering of Grannies' blazers (now available from Jon Staniforth). Bob introduced the speeches with a brief summary of the health of the club; Michael Broke recalled Pou and his boundless enthusiasm which made the Grannies; Jeremy Wynne reminded us of the essence of Willoughby's favourite club; Mark Pougatch reminded us of Willoughby and Draff thanked everyone.
