News: Adam skittles Leigh with a 7 fer !

2011-09-12: Normally the last match of the season and Leigh were cruising at 50 without loss, in full knowledge that the Grannies would be batting in the setting sun against their loopy offspinners. They had not counted on our man from Cheltenham. Adam Newton, playing in his annual Grannies fixture where many years of practice came to fruition as he skittled Leigh with a 7fer to have them all out for 84.
